Who we are
Dylan Disque
Dylan is a Johnson City native who returned home after farming in different places over the last six years. He’s excited to be back in East Tennessee and looks forward to building community through food. When Dylan is not farming he enjoys cooking, hiking, and fishing.
Rachel Slaughter
Rachel is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and moved to Johnson City with Dylan in 2018. Rachel’s interest in farming developed out of her passions for flowers and fiber. Before moving to East Tennessee Rachel had a small flock of fiber sheep and worked at Humble Flower Farm in Nashville, TN. When she’s not farming she enjoys weaving and baking pies.
